RAA’s 10-week Internship Program aims to give rising junior & senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the apparel & accessory industry.

10 Week Internship Outline
The Project
At the beginning of the program, interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal of this project is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. The project will give you an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create positive change.

June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Is it a paid internship?
Yes, our internship pays $20/hour.
What does the schedule look like?
In-Office, Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day
Will this count for college credit?
Yes! We will work with you and your professor to make sure this internship counts.
Do you offer relocation services? Housing?
We do not offer relocation services. We are not offering to house; however, we will be connecting with local colleges to find places you can sublease for the summer. Also, all the interns will be placed in a GroupMe a month prior to the internship in which you can talk about living situations.
