10 Week Internship Outline

The Project

At the beginning of the program, interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal of this project is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. The project will give you an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create positive change.

Is this a paid internship?

Yes, our internship pays $20/hour.

What does the schedule look like?

In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Will this count for college credit?

Yes! We will work with you and your professor to make sure this internship counts.

Do you offer relocation services? Housing?

We do not offer relocation services. We are not offering to house; however, we will be connecting with local colleges to find places you can sublease for the summer. Also, all the interns will be placed in a GroupMe a month prior to the internship in which you can talk about living situations.

Randa’s corporate headquarters is in the heart of New York City. This office is home to design, sales, and merchandising teams specializing in neckwear, leather goods, and seasonal products. It also houses marketing, communications, and licensing teams, and is the home office for the majority of Randa’s executives.

Since its beginnings in a one-room office in Dallas in 1926, Haggar Clothing Co. has grown from a manufacturer of men's fine dress pants and slacks into one of the most recognized apparel brands in the world. Haggar continues to lead menswear innovation and technology thanks to the talented associates based in our Dallas office.

Chicago, IL

Randa’s Chicago office, located in Rosemont, IL, just outside of downtown Chicago, serves as the company’s largest office. This hub is a center for expertise in leather goods, seasonal products, and hats. The Rosemont location drives key operations, including sourcing, design, sales, and finance, making it an essential part of Randa's success.

Cincinnati, OH

Randa’s Cincinnati office is home to the Totes brand and its dedicated associates.
